How it works

  1. Add the cities you work with, or search by time zone or UTC offset.
  2. Hover to compare times, then click an hour or drag across hours to plan a meeting.
  3. Copy the times, share a link or add the meeting to your calendar.

Built for different time zones

Compare up to twelve cities on one timeline. Green marks each city’s working hours and dark blue marks night, and the overlap row shows when everyone is working. Dates, UTC offsets and daylight saving changes follow the date you choose, including half-hour and quarter-hour offsets.

Questions

Does the time zone converter handle daylight saving time?

Yes. Timezone Buddy uses your browser’s time zone database for the date you choose. It accounts for cities changing clocks on different dates, warns you when a city’s clocks change within the next week, flags skipped times and lets you choose between repeated times. Keep your browser and operating system updated for the latest regional rules.

Is my meeting plan saved online?

All time calculations happen in your browser. Your cities, working hours and time format are remembered on this device. A shared link contains the meeting details, so anyone you send it to can open the same plan without replacing their own saved cities. No account is needed.

Is it free?

Yes. No account, payment or watermark.

Which browsers work best?

Use a recent Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Touch screens are supported.
